For more than 60 years, Julie and I have had the privilege of founding and building Victory Outreach with a clear and unwavering mission: to empower individuals to reclaim their lives by placing their future in the hands of God. Throughout the years, we have witnessed countless men and women exchange hopelessness for purpose—embracing a renewed confidence and a steadfast determination to help others experience the same transformation.
