Each year the church produces a financial statement reviewed by an independent Certified Public Accountant, with board-level authorization and oversight of all major financial transactions.

Yes. Each local church has complete sovereignty and autonomy, they are both self-governing and self-supporting. As VOI International, we function as a service organization supporting our affiliated churches.

VOI maintains rigorous accounting practices with internal controls, annual CPA-reviewed financial statements, board-level authorization and oversight, and full compliance with IRS and state contribution regulations.
Yes. All charitable donations to the church are tax deductible. All tax or financial informational returns are reviewed and countersigned by an independent Certified Public Accountant before being issued.
Members are encouraged to support their local church both spiritually and financially. Revenue comes primarily from congregants through verbal or written appeals. Tithing is encouraged but never mandated, and the church represents its financial needs truthfully.
All donations are used in alignment with the legally exempt purposes set forth in the church's governing documents. Contributions are stewarded toward church planting, recovery homes, training, and the broader mission of Victory Outreach.
Property and assets remain dedicated to exempt charitable purposes. Any potential conflict-of-interest transactions are scrutinized in advance by the board, and there is a strict prohibition against private inurement to insiders or related parties.
Yes. Independent legal and financial counsel advise our board and officers on regulatory compliance, governance, and major decisions, ensuring we operate with sound professional judgment.
