Third Wave is deeply committed to evangelism, prayer, the Word of God, leadership development, and church planting. Through these commitments, Third Wave cultivates a generation marked by urgency, faith, and obedience.
Through global mission trips, young people unite to reach hurting communities with the message of hope. Third Wave has led evangelistic crusades throughout the United States, Europe, Panama, and South Africa, resulting in thousands of commitments to Christ.
Third Wave Conventions and Conferences are marked by dynamic energy and life-changing encounters. Cutting-edge speakers, powerful worship, and impactful multimedia create environments where junior highers, high schoolers, and young adults from around the world gather and leave transformed.

THREE Tiers OF MINISTRY
NEW GEN
Middle school and junior high ministry built for the most formative years of a young person's life. We lay the spiritual groundwork (identity in Christ, biblical truth, worship, prayer, and early leadership) and build the kind of friendships and habits that anchor pre-teens before the cultural pressures of high school arrive. Family partnership is central; we walk alongside parents in raising the next generation.
HIGH SCHOOL IMPACT
High school ministry equipping teenagers to live boldly for Christ on their campuses and in their communities. The focus is evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development, empowering students to bring their friends to faith, navigate culture and identity with conviction, and step into early leadership roles that shape their schools. Local impact, eternal vision.
YOUNG ADULTS
College, career, and the years that define vocation. Young Adults mobilizes men and women to live on mission in every sphere of life: work, relationships, education, and ministry. We develop spiritual maturity, missional living, and leadership capacity to raise up the next wave of pastors, missionaries, church planters, and marketplace leaders who will carry the Gospel forward.
