How Victory Outreach International handles the information you share with us. Last updated 6 August 2026.
Victory Outreach International is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry headquartered in San Dimas, California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We collect as little as possible. This site has no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party marketing tools. The only information we ask for is what you choose to type into our Contact or Prayer Request forms.
Contact form. When you submit the Contact form we collect your name, email address, the subject line, and your message.
Prayer Request form. When you submit a prayer request we collect your name, email address, and the request itself. Prayer requests are often personal, and we treat them accordingly. See “How we use your information” below.
Technical information. Like most websites, ours keeps standard server records of requests, including IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser type. We also apply automated measures to prevent abuse of our forms, which involves briefly processing the IP address a submission comes from.
We do not ask for, and we ask that you do not send, sensitive information such as financial account details, government identification numbers, or health information through these forms.
Form submissions are delivered by email to the ministry staff responsible for responding. Contact messages go to our general office; prayer requests go to our prayer ministry team. We use your email address to reply to you.
Prayer requests are read by the team who pray over them. We do not publish prayer requests on this website or share their contents publicly, and we do not use them for any purpose other than prayer and, where appropriate, a personal response.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list from these forms, and we do not use your information for advertising.
This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to see which pages are visited and how people find us. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, collects no personal information, and cannot follow you to other sites. It tells us that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
Our hosting platform sets a small number of strictly functional cookies needed for the site to work correctly. These contain no personal information and are not used to identify or profile you.
We use a small number of established providers to operate this site. They process information only to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
These are limited to the providers needed to host the website and to deliver the email generated by our forms. They are established commercial providers bound by their own data protection obligations. If you would like to know which providers we currently use, contact us at [email protected] and we will tell you.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of any person.
Form submissions arrive as email and are retained in the receiving mailbox in line with our normal correspondence practice. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of ministry contact.
Technical server records are kept only for a short period and are then deleted. Information processed to protect the forms from automated abuse is discarded almost immediately and is not retained.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We will honour those rights where they apply to you.
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Many of our ministries serve young people in person, and those programmes have their own consent and safeguarding practices, handled directly by the local church.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
Questions about this policy, or about information you have shared with us, can be sent to [email protected], or by post to Victory Outreach International, San Dimas, California, USA.
