For more than 60 years, Julie and I have had the privilege of founding and building Victory Outreach with a clear and unwavering mission: to empower individuals to reclaim their lives by placing their future in the hands of God.
Throughout the years, we have witnessed countless men and women exchange hopelessness for purpose, embracing a renewed confidence and a steadfast determination to help others experience the same transformation.

A LEGACY That Lives On
Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni Sr. passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 85. Known as the 'Godfather of inner city ministry,' his vision transformed a living room in East LA into a global movement spanning six continents.
Today, leadership continues through sons Sonny Arguinzoni Jr. and Ryan Arguinzoni Kuklinski, along with extended family members, carrying forward the mission of reaching the cities of the world.
