Q. What should we pack / bring to this Retreat?

This Retreat is “cabin” style rooms. Bring your Bible & Notebook; towel, pillow, sheet, blanket and or a sleeping bag and toiletries; Iron, hairdryer/accessories are ok.

Suggested Dress attire: Light casual blazer or jacket. Casual blouses and jeans, swim wear and comfortable shoes/boots.

Q. How do we complete the Hume Lake Waiver Form?

Please note that registration is not complete until each attendee has completed a waiver form.

Q. What is the Schedule of this Retreat?

  • Sr. Pastor’s wives’/ Licensed Minister wives’ sessions: Tuesday, September 3rd at 7 PM & Wednesday, September 4th at 10 AM
  • Mealtimes: Dinner will be provided on Tues. at 5:30-6:30 PM, Breakfast on Wed.at 8-9:00 AM, Lunch/ BBQ at 12-1 with party going till 3 PM (Pastors’ and Licensed Ministers Wives ONLY)
  • General Leadership sessions: Wednesday, September 4th at 7 PM – Friday, September 6th ending after the Friday morning session. This schedule is also for the Spanish Sessions, that will be held separately at Meadow Ranch Chapel.
  • General Leadership Meals: Dinner is from 5:30-6:30 PM, Wednesday & Thursday, Breakfast is from 8:00 – 9 AM on Thursday & Friday, Lunch on Thur. & Fri. is from 12:00-1:00 PM)

Leader Olympics Activities: 1:00pm – 5:00pm (*some activities are at an extra cost)

Volleyball / Archery*/ Tug-a-war/ Ax Throwing / Disk Gulf / Relay Races / Boating*/ Swimming*. Teams will be competing for points!

Friday, September 5th

7:00 am – 8:00am – Please Pack / Cleanup Dorms/Cabins prior to going to breakfast. Retreat concludes after Lunch.
