Pastor Jesus Figueroa

Is an Elder/Multi-Regional Leader and Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach Church in East Los Angeles (Spanish) since 1994. He is a graduate from Faculty of Theology International with a Bachelors Degree in Ministry; he also attended Fuller Theological Seminary Master’s Program. Pastor Jesus serves in the Hispanic Supervisory Committee, overseeing the Spanish Speaking Churches in Victory Outreach International. Pastor Jesus has been married to his lovely wife Silvia since 1993 and they have 4 children.
