Purple Heart Fruit Smoothie


  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1 pear
  • 1/3 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 oranges, peeled and seeded
  • 2-3 cups watermelon with watermelon rind [yes, you can eat it and it is nutritious!]
  • couple of pitted dates for sweetness

Makes about 60 oz.

Blend in a high speed blender and enjoy!
