Pastor Nolberto Gomez

Is a Multi-Regional Leader and Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach Church of Bakersfield Ca. Pastor Nolberto has served in Victory Outreach Ministries since 1990. He and his wife Arlene have been happily married since 1983. They have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Together, they have pioneered new church plants, planted churches, sent out missionaries to the foreign field & Victory Homes for Men & Women, in strategic inner cities.
Pastor Nolberto is educated in Urban Ministry & Theology through Victory Education Training Institute. He continues his ongoing studies in Theology and passionately pursues God’s call & purpose upon his life.
